What happened to the old loyalty program? What about my expired points?
We’ve launched a new and improved loyalty program! Your points have automatically rolled over from the loyalty program. With this new program, you’ll earn $5 off for every $100 spent. If you have any issues with your points, please get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I still use my old gift cards?
Yes! Our remodel and POS system update won't affect your original Berres Brothers gift cards—they're still valid and ready to use.
Is local pick-up available for online retail orders?
Yes, we now offer local pick-up for online retail orders on our berresbrothers.com website! Just select the pick-up option at checkout, and your order will be processed for pickup.
